The will have curbside collection of Christmas trees during the first two weeks in January. Christmas tree and greens collection will take place citywide in conjunction with the regular curbside schedule from Tuesday, Jan. 3 through Friday, Jan. 13.
Please remove stand and all plastic bags, tinsel, twine, lights, ornaments, etc. from the tree. Wreaths and garland must be free of any wires and decorations; they will not be picked up if any of the above are present.
This year, a new drop off location has been added at the Tremont Operations Facility during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.). Also, as in prior years, trees can be dropped off in the parking lot at during the first two weeks of January.
