Former Melrosians' Business Wins Northshore Magazine Award

Heartwood Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry has won the Readers Choice Award for “Best Kitchens” by Northshore Magazine.

Originally located in Melrose, the showroom is owned by Nancy and Paul Hanson, former long-time Melrose residents.  The showroom continues to have ties to the Melrose community.  Heartwood supports the Melrose High School Robotics Team’s Kitchen Tour fundraiser, where many of Heartwood’s kitchens can be seen this year. This year's tour is on Sunday, Nov. 13, 1-5 p.m.

“We are thrilled to receive this award for best kitchens on the North Shore,” said Heartwood owner/designer Nancy Hanson. "Winning the Readers Choice Award is especially rewarding since so many of our customers voted for us including a client from 15 years ago.  Our goal is to have happy customers; having so many previous customers, their friends and family vote for us is very exciting.”

The magazine creates an annual issue called the “Best of the North Shore” which includes a reader’s poll.  Comments from BONS Readers Choice include:
