Melrose Police Relief Corporation Thanks Residents, Businesses for Donations

The Melrose Police Relief Corporation recently sent a mailer to all Melrose residents and businesses in a fund raising effort to support their members who receive a one-time retirement or death benefit.

In the past the Relief Corporation had utilized an outside company, who would make telephone calls in order to raise funds.

We are receiving many kind notes from residents, and businesses who were pleased with the mailer in lieu of phone calls.

We, the members of the Melrose Police Relief Corporation would like to thank all residents and businesses throughout Melrose for their response to date, and we welcome their continued support of our fundraising efforts. We are pleased to state that 100% of these funds support the
retirement/death benefit funds of our members.
