MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, April 28 and Sunday, May 4.
Monday, April 28
5:43 p.m. — Peter Brownlee, 55, of 72 Oakland St., will be summonsed on the charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to kill after a report of an assault in the vicinity of Lynn Fells Parkway. Report taken.
10:04 p.m. — John Richard Davidian, 44, of 317 East Foster St., will be summonsed on the charges of operating of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop in the vicinity of 163 Bellevue Ave.

Tuesday, April 29
7:49 a.m. — Angelina Torres, 20, of 101 Pleasant St., was arrested on the charge of trespassing after a well being check on 107 Pleasant St.
10:34 a.m. — Michael Whelan, 45, of 91 Horn Ave., Medford, was arrested on the charges of resisting arrest and two warrants after a report of suspicious activity at Coolidge Condominiums on 585 Main St.

Wednesday, April 30
8:46 a.m. — Herivelton Deoliveieria-Gomes, 47, of 127 Warren St., Arlington, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and four warrants after a motor vehicle stop on 130 Derby Road.
1:53 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at Melrose Middle School on 350 Lynn Fells Parkway. Report taken.
Thursday, May 1
12:32 p.m. — Jerome Brydie-Dean, 33, of 12 Lowell St., Revere, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on 33 Greenwood St.
3:16 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 70 West Emerson St. Report taken.
