MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, April 21 and Sunday, April 27.

Monday, April 21

9:25 a.m. — Herivelton Deoliveria-Gomes, 47, of 127 Warren St., Arlington, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed and unregistered operation of a motor vehicle, refusal to identify oneself, and three other outstanding arrest warrants after a motor vehicle stop on 58 Lebanon St.
12:52 p.m. — A report of a motor vehicle stop on 295 Lebanon St. Citation issued.

Tuesday, April 22

9:31 a.m. — Mark Myrthil, 34, of 11 Holton St., Boston, will be summonsed on the charge of an abuse prevention order violation.
10:38 a.m. — Ernie George Karelas, 65, of 25 Montvale St., will be summonsed on the charge of trespassing after a report on 22 Montvale St.
9:23 p.m. — John McCauley, 64, of 44 Montvale Ave., Saugus, will be summonsed on the charge of assault on a health care provider after a report of an assault at Melrose Wakefield Hospital on 585 Lebanon St.

Wednesday, April 23

2:17 a.m. — Christopher Stapleton, 59, of 9 Lennon CT, Boston, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a vehicle two at Bank of America on 690 Main St.
7:44 a.m. — Edward Hughes, 44, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a report of a complaint on 37 Washington St.
10:19 p.m. — Rose Mathurin, 50, of 39 Spring St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 409 Lebanon St.

Thursday, April 24

11:11 a.m. — A report of a motor vehicle stop at on 110 Howard St. Citation issued.
2:07 p.m. — Police responded to a report of threats on 113 Ashland St. Report taken.

Friday, April 25

11:23 a.m. — David Brian Nolan, 62, of 910 Main St., was arrested on the charge of a harassment prevention order violation at the Melrose Housing Authority on 910 Main St.
6:44 p.m. — A report of a juvenile arrest on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and speeding after a motor vehicle stop on 236 Laurel St.

Saturday, April 26

9:22 a.m. — Grecio Da Silva Carvalho, 46, of 477 Pleasant St., will be summonsed on the charges of unregistered operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and license plate violation after a motor vehicle tow on 505 Pleasant St.
1:59 p.m. — A report of found needles on 138 Main St. Needles disposed of.
