MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, May 5 and Monday, May 12.

Monday, May 5

1:49 p.m. — Karen Doto, 69, of 163 Beech Ave., will be summoned on the charge of assault and battery after a report of an assault.
2:01 p.m. — Ray Martina Magalhaes, 20, of 10 Holten St., Peabody, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle, and a number plate violation to conceal ID after a motor vehicle stop on 425 Main St.
9:51 p.m. — Lauren McCarthy, 39, of 910 Main St., will be summonsed on the charge of shoplifting after a report at the CVS on 884 Main St.

Tuesday, May 6

5:28 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 47 Damon Ave. Report taken.

Wednesday, May 7

1:02 p.m. — Orkhan Mammadov, 30, of 42 Gerrish St., Boston, will be summonsed on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and driving while using an electronic device after a moto vehicle stop on Pleasant Street.
4:26 p.m. — Patricia Becer Del Carmen Seguel Becerra, 55, of 73 Chestnut St., Wakefield, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on 824 Main St.

Thursday, May 8

11:37 a.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Whole Foods on 880 Main St. Report taken.

Friday, May 9

12:35 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance on 8 Cleveland St. Report taken.
5:11 p.m. — Athena Raptis, 44, of 96 Lyme St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charge of assault and battery after a report of an assault at Garden Remedies on 732 Newburyport Turnpike.

Saturday, May 10

9:42 a.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on 230 Tremont St. Report taken.

Sunday, May 11

8:09 a.m. — Olivia Mary Ayott, 31, of 17 Beach Road, Lynn, will be summonsed on the charge of larceny from a person older than 65 after a report on 122 West Wyoming Ave.
8:20 p.m. — Gabriel Coelho Dias, 28, of 485 Pleasant St., will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and license plate conceal ID after a motor vehicle tow on 515 Pleasant St.

Monday, May 12

7:30 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 36 West Wyoming Ave. Transported to hospital.
