MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, May 12 and Sunday, May 18.

Monday, May 12

7:30 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 36 West Wyoming Ave. Party transported to hospital.
9:20 a.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on 444 Swains Pond Ave. Report taken.

Tuesday, May 13

2:10 p.m. — Kevin MacDonald, 65, of 585 Main St., will be summonsed on the charge of simple assault after a report of a disturbance on 585 Main St.
5:47 p.m. — Peter McNulty, 76, of 125 Lynde St., will be summonsed on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Gooch Street.

Wednesday, May 14

7:57 a.m. — Police responded to a report of threats on 585 Main St. Report taken.
11:57 a.m. — Kevin Demetrius, 36, of 27 Englewood Ave., Everett, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on 138 Main St.

Thursday, May 15

10:41 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident at the Melrose Family YMCA on 497 Main St. Report taken.
9:32 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Garden Remedies on 732 Newburyport Turnpike. Report taken.

Friday, May 16

2:14 p.m. — Michael Alden, 51, of 14 Glen Road, Reading, was arrested on the charges of breaking and entering a vehicle,breaking and entering a building, and malicious destruction of property after a report of suspicious activity on 32 West Emerson St.
7:10 p.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment on 57 Winter St. Extension. Report taken.

Saturday, May 17

2:01 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Melrose Highlands Congregational Church on 355 Franklin St. Report taken.

Sunday, May 18

6:04 a.m. — A report of a motor vehicle stop on 990 Main St. Citation issued.
1:14 p.m. — William Corneilus, 56, of 145 Beech Ave., will be summonsed on the charge of threat to commit a crime after a report of an assault on 163 Beech Ave.
