MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, Aug. 18 and Sunday, Aug. 24.
Monday, Aug. 18
2:47 p.m. — Tamara Rene, 50, of 484 Second St., Everett, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle after a stop was made on 38 Pleasant St.
7 p.m. — Police made a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 223 Main St. Citation issued.

Tuesday, Aug. 19
7:17 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault at Melrose Care Center Nursing Home on 40 Martin St.
7:54 p.m. — Timothy Humphreys, 24, of 11 Windsor St., will be summonsed on the charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon after a report of an assault at his residence.

Wednesday, Aug. 20
5:09 a.m. — Daniel Beauchesne, 30, of 28 Baldwin Ave., will be summonsed on the charge of an abuse prevention order violation after police responded to a report of a complaint at his residence.
6:26 p.m. — Gabriela Martins Greer, 27, of 30 Hancock St., Medford, will be summonsed on the charges of an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a stop was made on 365 Main St.
Thursday, Aug. 21
8:50 a.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on 191 West Wyoming Ave.
1:52 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Melrose Wakefield Hospital on 585 Lebanon St.
Friday, Aug. 22
7:44 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 151 Derby Road.
9:52 a.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism on 85 Meridian St. Report taken.
Saturday, Aug. 23
2:18 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a juvenile issue on 89 East Wyoming Ave.
10:25 p.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on 29 Gould St. Report taken.
Sunday, Aug. 24
11:49 a.m. — Elisabette Rodrigues De Sousa, 32, of 10 Ricker Circuit, Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a stop was made in the vicinity of 470 Lebanon St.
2:24 p.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on 192 Green St. Report taken.
