MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, Aug. 25 and Monday, Sept. 1.

Monday, Aug. 25

4:35 p.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment on 102 Goodyear Ave. Report taken.
7:09 p.m. — Paul Costello, 49, of 42 Maple Ave., Centerville, will be summonsed on the charge of an abuse prevention order violation after police responded to a report on 38 Garfield Road.

Tuesday, Aug. 26

12:32 p.m. — A person was arrested after a motor vehicle accident at Cambridge Savings Bank on 638 Main St.
4:37 p.m. — Athos Loren Souza Azevedo, 28, of 33 Palm, Chelsea, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed, uninsured, and unregistered operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on 250 Grove St.
9:15 p.m. — Gabriel Rodrigues De Souza, 28, of 27 Hanover St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed, uninsured, and unregistered operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on 690 Main St.

Wednesday, Aug. 27

10:29 a.m. — Haffaela Pelengrino, 37, of 500 Broadway, Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on 39 Forest St.
8 p.m. — Margarida Ataides Da Silva, 44, of 111 Florence St., will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and registered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop made at her residence.

Thursday, Aug. 28

7:43 p.m. — Stephen Boyle, 49, of 73 Hammersmith Drive, Saugus, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a stop was made on 9 Laurel St.

Friday, Aug. 29

8:39 p.m. — Pardeep Kumar, 49, of 30 Waverly Place, will be summonsed on the charge of leaving the scene of property damage after a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of 306 Main St.

Saturday, Aug. 30

10:16 a.m. — Paulo Henrique Santos Moreira, 26, of 2088 Phillips Road, New Bedford, will be summonsed on the charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle after a stop was made on 195 Upham St.
1:50 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault at the McCarthy Elderly Housing Project on 910 Main St.

Sunday, Aug. 31

8:35 a.m. — Christian Joseph Campagna, 21, of Malden, will be summonsed on multiple shoplifting charges after a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at Shaw’s Supermarket on 34 Essex St.
2:03 p.m. — Raven Requel Cuningham, 23, of 100 West Wyoming Ave., will be summonsed on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after a motor vehicle stop on 36 West Wyoming Ave.

Monday, Sept. 1

8 a.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at Middlesex Auto Repair on 8 Eastman Place.
