MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, Dec. 22 and Tuesday, Dec. 30.
Monday, Dec. 22
11:55 a.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at Windsor Communities on 2 Banks Place.
1:59 p.m. — Rene Norestant Jr., 35, of 500 Broadway, Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle after police conducted a stop in the vicinity of 335 Lebanon St.

Tuesday, Dec. 23
3:14 p.m. — Irving Leony Carrion-Lantigua, 26, of 46 Newton St., Lawrence, will be summonsed on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after police conducted a stop at the Shell on 860 Main St.
5:42 p.m. — Venus Iverson, 72, of 134 1st St., Medford, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle as well as a lights violation after police conducted a stop at 38 East Foster St.

9:54 p.m. — Police received a report of an auto theft at 37 East Emerson St.

Sunday, Dec. 28
11:59 a.m. — Raulin Vicente Cepada, 38, of 573 Walnut St., Lynn, will be summonsed on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lane violation after police conducted a stop in the vicinity of 16 Ells Ave.
Monday, Dec. 29
12:26 p.m. — Police received a report of a burglary breaking and entering at 33 Everett St.
2:31 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at Whole Foods on 880 Main St.
Tuesday, Dec. 30
2:09 a.m. — Paul O’Brien, 27, of 140 Union St., Lynn, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unlicensed and unregistered motor vehicle after an incident in the vicinity of 515 Pleasant St. that resulted in his vehicle being towed.
