MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, April 14 and Sunday, April 20.

Monday, April 14

7:43 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an auto theft on 9 Wildwood Road. Report taken.
9:52 a.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism on 75 Lake Ave. Report taken.
5 p.m. — Robert Thomas, 34, of 910 Main St., will be summonsed on the charge of Class A drug possession after a well being check at Whole Foods on 880 Main St.

Tuesday, April 15

2:05 p.m. — A report of needles found at Whole Foods on 880 Main St. Hazard removed.
3:38 p.m. — Paul Costello III, 49, of 42 Maple Ave.,Centerville, will be summonsed on the charge of an abuse prevention order violation after a report of a restraining order violation on 48 Garfield Road.

Wednesday, April 16

1:35 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a past breaking and entering at Bobby C’s Restaurant on 20 Main St. Report taken.
10:55 a.m. — A report of a motor vehicle stop on 294 Lebanon St. Citation issued.

Thursday, April 17

6:03 p.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on 4 Gibbons St. Report taken.
9:28 p.m. — Igor Zacarias, 30, and Daby Da Silva, 39, of 100 Green St., will be summonsed on the charges of improper operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation and lights violation of a motor vehicle respectively after a motor vehicle stop on 122 Green St.

Friday, April 18

8:15 a.m. — Ricardo Rubio, 38, of 15 Pomeworth St., Stoneham, will be summonsed on the charge of larceny over $1,200 by false pretense after a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on 47 Leonard Road.
12:19 p.m. — Randy Dillon, 34, of 8 Cleveland St., will be summonsed on the charges of larceny under $1,200 on 125 Florence St.

Saturday, April 19

2:35 p.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at the McCarthy Elderly Housing Project on 910 Main St. Party transferred to hospital.

Sunday, April 20

9:55 p.m. — Miguel Melgar Martinez, 20, of 5 Waite St., Revere, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop on Sylvan Street.
