From our humble beginnings at a table on Congress Street during Portland's First Friday Artwalk, we've grown into a beloved household service with a big climate impact. Today, we service more than 40,000 households, schools, restaurants, businesses, and events across the region. We're expanding our reach with the vision of bringing convenient curbside composting to communities throughout New England. Our ethos is simple: make composting approachable, convenient, and impactful while supporting local economies. The 32-year-old was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to recover. The incident took place in Saugus's Cliftondale Square at approximately 8 p.m. on Wednesday night. Stephen Cooper, 48, was arrested after shooting the man after a physical altercation. Both parties stayed at the scene until police arrived.
