A number of officers thought the people in this car were acting suspicious. That led to an arrest of both of them.

MILFORD, MA—After officers thought people in a vehicle were acting suspicious, they followed their hunch, and it resulted in two arrests.
On Monday, July 23, at 10:05 p.m., Officer Elias Giokas and Officer Kevin O'Loughlin from the Milford Police Department spotted a man acting suspiciously in a van at Winter Street and Granite Street. They saw this same person with a female earlier in the evening on Jefferson Street. Another officer made note of this driver earlier on Pearl Street at State Street.
Officers pulled the vehicle over and inquired on the man and woman in that car. An investigation found that Michael Quinones, Providence, RI, brought a 29-year-old woman to Milford to perform a sexual act for a fee.
