2 Charged With Assault And Battery: Milford Police Log

MILFORD, MA—The following are excerpts from the Milford police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, July 1

1:16 a.m.: White male with a dark colored polo shirt stumbling into the roadway, 2 East Main St. Male made it home and is in the care of his roommates.

1:59 a.m.: Disturbance at North Street residence. Jennifer Eve Kelley, 34, North Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery

4:51 a.m.: Suicide attempt by strangulation. Male caller states his girlfriend tried to strangle herself with her bathrobe. Female is locked inside bathroom talking to male caller. Stallbrook Road

2:16 p.m.: Walk in reporting larceny of plumbing tools, 3 Y St.

7:23 p.m.: Police respond to 3 Lena Lane. Caller reports her husband was assaulted at their residence by an unknown male. He took off possibly heading home at 12 West St. Male returned to Lena Lane. Marcus Martins, 29, North Bow Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery (two counts)

7:37 p.m.: Caller reports her neighbors are having a large party and are throwing trash all over her yard.

263 stated the female party is intoxicated. The neighbors are not a problem. 16 West Walnut St.

8 p.m.: Caller is reporting Matt Chaplin is in his yard. Believes he may be inside his basement. 20 East Main St.

8:20 p.m.: Caller reporting his scooter was stolen from the sidewalk outside his neighbors house, he received a call from a 3rd party. Stop and Shop

9:31 p.m.: Caller reporting a fight between about 4 people in the bar area near the Blue Dog, Pinz
