2. Henry Papuga, the retired manager of the Milford Water Company, was convicted Thursday afternoon of eight criminal charges related to tampering with water samples during the 2009 boil water crisis in Milford. He is expected to be sentenced this morning in Worcester Superior Court.

3. Milford's Annual Town Meeting is at 7:30 p.m. Monday. Town Clerk Amy Hennessy Neves asks newly elected Town Meeting members to report to Upper Town Hall by 7:15 p.m. for attendance purposes. Members in attendance at the start of the meeting will be sworn in. If you arrive after attendance is taken, you cannot be sworn in or cast a vote. She will swear in newly elected members who cannot be at the meeting by 7:15 p.m. throughout the day Friday. Her office closes at 5 p.m.

5. If you are a Boston Marathon runner who did not finish the 2013 race, due to the marathon bombings, you are invited back in 2014. This is anyone who was at least at the halfway point when the race was stopped by officials.
