Surplus Property, Town of Milford

Sealed bids providing for the disposal of the following surplus property, by the Town of Milford, will be accepted by the Chief of Police at 250 Main St., Milford, MA from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids submitted after the deadline cannot be accepted.

Sealed envelopes for each bid shall be clearly identified on the outside "Sealed Bid: Surplus Property, Town of Milford." All bids must include a "Certificate of Non-collusion" which will be available at the front desk of the Police Station, along with a Bid Form.

All surplus property sold as is, as shown, with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied by the Town of Milford or employees thereof. It is strongly suggested that prior to submitting a bid for any or all surplus property, a visual inspection be performed by the interested party so as to determine the actual condition of the surplus property.

The surplus property can be inspected at the Milford Police Department, 250 Main St., Milford, MA during normal business hours.

All surplus property will be removed from the police station parking lot within 15 days of the award bid. Failure to remove the surplus property will constitute a default and allow the town of Milford to remove and dispose of the property at their discretion.

The town of Milford reserves the right to reject any or all bids not in the best interest of the town of Milford.
