The driver, who was not injured, is being charged in the single-car crash, according to the news release. All three occupants of the vehicle were from Rhode Island.
Luis J. Gonzalez, 22, of Pawtucket, RI, was charged by State Police with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failing to properly secure the child in a child restraint seat. He was arraigned on Friday in Milford District Court, said Paul Jarvey, a spokesman for the Worcester County District Attorney's Office.
