(7:05 P.M.)        Application of JBD Realty, LLC to amend the Zoning Bylaw by rezoning the easterly 96.2' of Assessors Map 42 Lot 145 from RA General Residential to CB Neighborhood Commercial.  The area to be rezoned contains approximately 10,903 sq.ft., is the rear portion of the property numbered 51 East Main Street, and is an extension of an existing CB zone.
