Four violations here, which were the need for a thermometer in one two-door freezer, need to make repairs to the wall and floor areas where the hot water tank is located, food debris on one knife blade that was on the magnetic knife strip, and need a visible thermometer for the small freezer next to the main line cooking equipment.

Violations here include the need for a visible thermometer in the walk-in freezer, food products in cardboard boxes cannot be stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer, and food products cannot be left unprotected on the racks in the walk-in freezer, and containers used to store plastic utensils in the prep area of customer service need to be kept clean and free of food debris (bread crumbs, etc...)

Recent inspection here indicated the following violations. One rack of food not fully covered in the walk in cooler, boxes of food product and a bag of ice cannot be stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer inside the dry goods storage room, and store plastic utensils so that all handles face the user.

Recent inspection indicated the following violations. Do not store food items in cardboard boxes on the floor in the walk-in freezer, missing thermometer for this same walk-in unit, one rack of food products not covered in the walk-in cooler, hand sink next to the Tropicana cooler needs to be accessible for employee use, and interior of the bottom convection oven needs to be cleaned.

8 Beach St., April 11: Violations here included the following. Need to clean the exterior of the floor mounted mixer, keep back door of kitchen closed to prevent the entrance of insects, clean the top of the four-burner stove top, and the floor and the wall area of the three-bay sink are in need of repair.

One package of hot dogs was removed due to past expiration date, and need to keep the fan guards in the small grocery cooler.

One violation here. Additional lighting is needed in the food pantry room to increase visibility and safety.

Ninety-Nine Restaurant and PubInspection here indicated the following violations. Utility draw in the rear prep room needs to be cleaned in order to keep utensils and equipment protected, ceiling in this same area is in need of repair due to damaged, buckling ceiling tiles, some foods not covered in the two-door prep cooler, and floor needs to be cleaned under the main line equipment on both sides due to food and debris buildup toward the back.

Central Gas and Market, 186 Central St., April 25: Need a paper towel dispenser for the restroom and need paper town in the dispenser for the food prep area. Prep room is to be cleaned and organized in order to protect and keep clean all sanitized utensils, need additional thermometers.

Two violations here. One cold food not covered, and need paper towel in the women's restroom.
