Kindergarten Registration

Editor's Note: The following information was provided by the Milford Public Schools.

Milford Public Schools will hold Kindergarten registration at the Family Resource Center at Milford High School in March and April, under the following schedule:

Last Names beginning with A - F: Tuesday, March 19, 6 to 8 p.m.

Last Names beginning with G - P: Tuesday, March 26, 6 to 8 p.m.

Last Names beginning with Q - Z: Tuesday, April 2, 6 to 8 p.m.

Please Note: 

• If you have not received a registration packet, you must come to the Family Resource Center to pick one up as soon as possible. Your child cannot be registered on Registration Night without a completed packet.
• Children should NOT accompany parents to registration.
• Your child must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 31.
• Memorial or Brookside school is determined by your home address.

The following is required for all Kindergarten students at the time of registration:

• Completed enrollment packet
• Birth Certificate (copy will be kept on file)
• Resident Card (must be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office at the Town Hall)
• Documentation of child's most recent physical exam, including immunizations, lead screening, vision screening.

To enter the Family Resource Center, do not walk into the front door at Milford High School. Drive on the left side of the building to the last parking lot, and enter through Door 19A.
