MILFORD, MA — The Milford Town Clerk is out with unofficial results from Tuesday's spring 2024 election.

There were three contested races on the ballot: school committee, health board and a 1-year term on the Vernon Grove trustees board. Here's where candidates stood as of Wednesday morning:
