ICYMI: Milford Cop Busts 2 On Fentanyl Charges: Police

One of those charged is accused of trafficking fentanyl and intimidating a witness.

MILFORD, MA — Milford police arrested two men on fentanyl charges on Saturday, Nov. 17, according to a release from the department. The arrest began with a Milford police stakeout.

Officer Kevin O'Loughlin of the department's Special Operations Team was surveilling a house "known to be frequented by drug addicts," the report said.

O'Loughlin followed a car that pulled out of the house's driveway and later pulled it over for a traffic infraction on Cedar Street.

Inside were Andrew Martineau, 28, of Woonsocket and Jason Landry, 45, of Bellingham.

A search of the two men yielded about 19 grams of what is believed to be fentanyl. The two were arrested on the scene.

Martineau is facing charges of trafficking fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession of fentanyl and intimidation of a witness.

Landry was charged with possession of fentanyl.
