Milford Man Accused Of Stealing $500 Worth Of Items From Kohl's

MILFORD, MA — A man is facing charges after a high-dollar shoplifting incident in Milford last month.

Benjamin Fryer, 33, was accused of stealing more than $500 worth of merchandise from Kohl's on Medway Road. The suspect was seen pushing a shopping cart full of items out of the store.

He fled on foot before police arrived at the scene on August 20. Officers searched, but did not find him.

Police found Fryer on August 28. He was charged with his second offense of Shoplifting by Asportation and Larceny Under $1,200.
