MILFORD, MA—A Milford officer was injured and a Milford woman faces charges, including OUI, after an overnight crash on West and Congress streets. Emily Cicconi, 22, Milford, has been charged with OUI, OUI drugs, failure to stop, operating a MV negligently to endanger, possession of a Class B drug, possession of open container of alcohol, possession of fireworks and storing fireworks improperly, after crashing into a Milford cruiser that injured Officer Steve Sousa. He was reportedly treated for a concussion, cuts and bruises and expected to recover. Police said Cicconi <a href="https://www.fox25boston.com/news/milford-woman-faces-oui-other-charges-stemming-from-crash-that-injured-officer/743052201" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">drove with a passenger in her car</a>, and neither were injured in the crash, according to Fox 25. WCVB-TV reports that <a href="http://www.wcvb.com/article/police-officer-injured-in-2-car-crash-in-milford/20132140" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Cicconi also violated probation</a> driving restrictions related to another OUI charge, and that she blew double the legal limit in the breathalyzer test.
