Milford Police Arrest Peabody Man Over Obscene Materials

MILFORD, MA — Milford police traveled to Peabody on Thursday to arrest a man in that city on obscenity charges.

According to police, Milford and Peabody officers on Thursday served a warrant on Phillip Cassie Jr, 21, at his home. He was then arrested and transported back to Milford.

Milford police have filed initial charges of two counts of showing obscene materials to minors, two counts of obscene communications with minors and threatening to commit indecent assault and battery on a person under age 14.

Milford police did not provide details of what Cassie is accused of doing in a news release.
