The charge of OUI, fourth offense, is a felony.
According to a report filed by officer Joseph Francesconi, Hebb was traveling east on East Main Street on his Harley-Davidson when he said the car driver, operating a Hyundai Accent, cut in front of him in making a turn on to Hayward Steet. The car driver, who was not charged in the crash, said she did not see the motorcycle and told police that both vehicles "struck each other."

In a statement filed in court, police reported that Hebb failed several field sobriety tests, and a breathalyzer test indicated he had .119 blood alcohol. He initially told police he had one beer, then later said he had two, then three. When questioned about it, he told an officer at the hospital: "15, 200, whatever."
At his arraignment Friday at Milford District Court, Hebb was ordered held on $1,000 cash bail, or $10,000 surety. He remains in jail. His next scheduled court appearance is June 14.
