Police Log: Boyfriend Threw Out Girlfriend's Stuff, Varnish Dumped near Trail
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, June 7
3:56 p.m.: A caller said vehicles were constantly parking in the fire lane outside Casa de Carnes on East Main Street. Police responded and ticketed a car still parked in the fire lane.
4:22 p.m.: A caller on Alfred Road said she found a white, powdery substance all over her gas tank, and said it may have been there a few days. Police filed a report.

5:10 p.m.: A caller on East Main Street reported a hit-and-run near TD Bank. The caller said another vehicle struck his car, then took off, after he went to pull off the road. Police filed a report.
5:31 p.m.: A man said another man with an active restraining order is continuing to call him.

6:17 p.m.: A woman turned in a wallet she found while walking.
7:49 p.m.: A man asked police to check on the well-being of his friend, who he said is very depressed. Police checked and she was OK.
10:00 p.m.: A caller said her 21-year-old sister had taken a combination of ibuprofen, Xanax and alcohol. Police responded. The woman was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
Saturday, June 8
12:21 a.m.: Police and EMTs responded to Dunkin Donuts on Main Street, where a 37-year-old was reported to be having withdrawal symptoms. He was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
2:12 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Turtle Tavern. A caller said a vehicle was parked on the sidewalk. Police responded and found no problem. A DJ was putting equipment back in the vehicle.
2:37 a.m.: A woman said her boyfriend had thrown her stuff outside the apartment on Main Street, and would not let her in the house. Police filed a report.
5:57 a.m.: A caller said a car alarm on Central Street had been sounding all night long. An officer said it was one of the cars in the lot at Central Street Auto Repair. The officer attempted to contact the manager.
6:06 a.m.: A caller said the neighbors were drinking all night and being loud. Police responded and found about 10 people on the porch. He told them to go inside.
11:57 a.m.: A caller said he found a rectangular box with possibly hazardous materials at the parking area of Milford Upper Charles Trail off Cedar Street, near the Hopkinton line. The box had large red Xs on all sides and four evenly spaced prongs on one side. Police and hazardous materials teams responded. A fire official determined the box contained five to six gallons of liquid varnish that could be disposed of at the Milford Transfer Station.Â
1:35 p.m.: Police and firefighters responded to the Louisa Lake entrance to the where a 12-year-old girl had fallen off a scooter. She was taken to the hospital.
2:23 p.m.: A caller said a Ninja-style bike was speeding on Pine Island Road, and possibly heading toward Hopkinton. The motorcyclist called about the same time, and said his neighbor had followed him and pulled into his driveway, got out of his car, and punched him. The motorcyclist said he was inside his house now, while the neighbor was outside. Police responded and filed a report.
2:37 p.m.: A caller said her car had been hit sometime Saturday while in the driveway on West Walnut Street. She asked for an officer to take a report.
2:38 p.m.: Affordable Auto Credit repossesed a Pontiac Sunfire on West Street.
3:29 p.m.: A 21-year-old man told police he was at TJ Maxx and feeling like he was going to pass out. He was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
7:00 p.m.: A caller said mopeds were driving erratically up and down Luby Avenue.
7:30 p.m.: A man called police to report that someone had yelled at him while he was at TJ Maxx.
7:47 p.m.: A caller said dirt bikes were in the area of Casey Drive.
8:54 p.m.: An officer took a man into custody for violation of a restraining order. Ruben D. Morales, 46, P.O. Box 6792, Holliston, was arrested and charged with violation of a harassment prevention order.
9:40 p.m.: A caller on Birmingham Court said people were talking very loudly outside.
9:58 p.m.: Loud music was reported to be coming from Congress Street.
10:20 p.m.: An officer reported a motor vehicle crash on Main Street, near Tedeschi's market. An Isuzu Trooper was reported to have left the scene. Witnesses identified the plate number.
11:05 p.m.: A caller on Jionzo Road reported suspicious activity. A vehicle had just driven on to his neighbor's lawn, and then someone took off on foot before getting into another vehicle. Police spoke to all parties and reported that this was car pooling. No crash and no property damage had occurred.
Sunday, June 9
12:29 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Reade Street. A caller said a group of people was yelling outside.Â
12:36 a.m.: A caller said kids removed the orange construction barrels on Edgewood Drive, across Sunset and Nancy Drive. Police found the objects moved, but the kids were gone.
2:34 a.m.: State Police transferred a cell phone call from a woman yelling and screaming. She disconnected. A second call was received, confirming a fight on East Main Street. This caller said a woman had just assaulted her. Police responded and reported one of the women had fled. An officer responded to Fino Field to speak to the woman who left. She was given a ride to Birmingham Court.
3:06 a.m.: Police received another call from a woman arguing on the line, who again disconnected. Police responded to East Main Street again and determined it was a verbal argument.
4:22 a.m.: Police responded to Claflin Street, where a party was in progress. Attendees had bocked the parking spaces of other tenants.
4:51 a.m.: A caller reported a car had crashed into a building on East Main Street, at Sabor de Minas. The caller told the dispatcher he did not see anyone near the vehicle, but the air bag had deployed. Police requested a tow truck, and reported finding heavy amounts of fluid in the road.
12:14 p.m.: A woman said she saw her vehicle get hit in the parking lot at Shaw's Supermarket. The other vehicle, a green car, took off.
12:41 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on West Street, police were seeking a summons to charge Matthew D. Yovicsin, 20, of 33 Dean Rd., Holliston, with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield.
2:00 p.m.: A caller at Charlie's Express Pizza said someone was blowing their leaves into his parking lot.
2:40 p.m.: A caller said a man and a woman were arguing on Medway Road. Police found the two people laughing and having a good time, and reported finding no problem.
