Police Log: Cars Broken into at Gold's Gym, Shoplifting Complaint
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Feb. 28
4:06 p.m.: Police responded to Kohl's Department Store, where a woman was in custody for a shoplifting allegation. Police are seeking a summons to charge Julie Bibeau, 18, of 1L Brian Ave., Derry, NH, with shoplifting.
4:24 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle crash at Fortune Boulevard and East Main Street, police are seeking a summons to charge Robert A. Roy, 56, of 672 Main St., Woonsocket, RI, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

4:53 p.m.: Police and firefighters responded to Lowe's, where a 50-year-old woman had a laceration to her hand, and was heavily bleeding. She declined medical transportation to the hospital.
5:12 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters to return a wallet he had found.

6:29 p.m.: Hopedale Police reported a car was all over the road at Main and East Main Streets. Milford Police could not find the vehicle.
7:13 p.m.: A caller on Depot Street called police and said a man with a 24-pack was drinking in front of her property. Police took him to a family member.
10:01 p.m.: A caller at Gold's Gym reported his vehicle, as well as an adjacent vehicle, had their windows broke out and items taken from inside. The break-in happened between 9:30 and 10 p.m.
10:37 p.m.: A police officer reported loud music coming from a house that was burned down on Ramble Road at Highland Street. Police determined the music was coming from the owner's vehicle.
11:35 p.m.: Holliston Police received a call for an erratic driver coming toward Milford. Police were out with the vehicle on North Bow Street, but the driver checked out OK.
Friday, March 1
1:31 a.m.: A caller reported a large group of people appeared to be fighting in the parking lot of Bugaboo Creek Steak House. Police determined it was people playing ball.
6:56 a.m.: A two-vehicle crash, with injury, was reported on Purchase at Haven streets.
9:29 a.m.: A caller on Main Street told police that a package delivered to the property by UPS in January never was received and may have been stolen from the yard.
10:16 a.m.: A caller at Milford Town Library reported an incident involving a patron and an employee at the site, and the male physically assaulted the female.
10:52 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop at Pine Street, police arrested Maria Loja, 44, of 45 Grove St., Apt. 2, Milford, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violation of state highway signal, sign or markings.
10:55 a.m.: A caller reported a two-car crash at CVS pharmacy on South Main Street.
11:02 a.m.: A woman reported a pickup truck tried to dump things at Oakridge Village Apartments.
12:18 p.m.: Police received a report that a 10-year-old boy was unattended at the town library. Police determined the boy was fine, and with his grandfather.
3:37 p.m.: A caller reported six to seven males were causing a disturbance in front of the town library. Police responded.
3:38 p.m.: A caller told police a black car with Indiana plates had followed his daughter home from school, and was then knocking on their door.
3:43 p.m.: A caller reported a theft at the Milford Regional Medical Center gift store.
