Police Log: Co-Worker Making Threats, Disturbances, Fireworks Complaints
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, May 26
3:44 p.m.: A caller reported his wife's Impala was just struck by a minivan. The minivan driver then was attempting to flee the scene. Police responded and are seeking a court summons to charge Maria Guallpa, 28, of 8 Cedar St., Milford, with failure to yield at an intersection and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
5:10 p.m.: A caller reported a man was wearing blue pants, but no shirt and no shoes, staggering as he walked up Spruce Street. Police responded and an ambulance took the man to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:58 p.m.: A woman told police a man dressed all in black with long black hair was trying to gain entry to a house on Grant Street. A woman came out and yelled at him, and she was not sure if there was a problem or not. Police responded.
8:53 p.m.: A caller at Applebee's reported an employee had made some threats toward another employee. The employee who reported made the threats was escorted off the property. The manager wanted to speak to police. Police responded to the employee's home, and spoke with him. He said he was sorry and would not return to the establishment.

11:58 p.m.: A caller reported loud noise from a party, including fireworks, on Virginia Drive.
Monday, May 27
12:18 a.m.: State Police reported a crash involving a single car on I-495 northbound. A trooper was already on the scene. Police responded and the person driving the vehicle was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
9:46 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Congress at Spruce streets, police were seeking a summons to charge David Fernando Olivo, 40, of 12 W. Walnut St., Apt. 6, Milford, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to slow for a pedestrian.
12:47 p.m.: A woman stopped in the police station to file a report about her brother making threats toward her.
4:29 p.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters to speak to an officer about her 10-year-old son being threatened at school.
6:42 p.m.: A caller complained of loud music coming from the area of Water Street at Prospect Street.
8:03 p.m.: A caller reported she had just had an argument with her daughter, and her daughter then broke some items in the house and took her car. Police responded and determined the mother had given the daughter permission to use the car, and now wants it back. Police were to follow up with the daughter.
8:27 p.m.: A caller reported someone was setting off fireworks on Edgewood Drive.
Tuesday, May 28
8:46 a.m.: A caller reported a woman operating a gold minivan was going through her recyclables. The van was last seen taking a left on to Purchase Street.
10:48 a.m.: A caller reported a man would not stop calling him. Police were seeking a summons to charge Ruben D. Morales, 46, of 63 Western Ave., Framingham, with violating a harassment prevention order.
12:38 p.m.: Police were seeking a summons to charge Christopher Donald, 25, of 10 Rosemary Dr., Randolph, with violating an abuse prevention order.
