Police Log: Father Reports Man, 20, Trying to Contact his Daughter, 13

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, May 21

5:02 p.m.: A caller reported a Lincoln was dumping a large amount of trash out of their window, on Medway Road at Beaver Street. Police could not locate the Lincoln, which continued on toward Medway.

5:11 p.m.: A caller reported she was rear-ended on Cedar Street. She pulled into the Mobil Mart.

5:42 p.m.: A father said a 20-year-old man was trying to contact his 13-year-old daughter over the internet. Police filed a report.

8:14 p.m.: A caller reported a red car was in front of his house on Poplar Street for two hours, and it's running with no one inside.

8:56 p.m.: A man in the lobby reported he was on his computer and an FBI alert popped up and said he was looking at inappropriate websites.

9:33 p.m.: A caller told police her friend was being assaulted, and she was receiving text messages about it. Police arrested Jonathan Desjardins, 34, of 9 Parker Rd., Plastow, NH, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Wednesday, May 22

10:03 a.m.: A caller reported a man was in the area of the Groves apartments, looking for his vehicle, and possibly intoxicated. The man had a suspended license. Police could not locate him.

1:21 p.m.: A tractor-trailer truck hit a pole on Purchase Street, near Mother Hubbard's Too, and left debris in the road.

1:55 p.m.: A Milford Water Company vehicle hit a parked car on Spruce at Main streets.

2:56 p.m.: A caller said he wanted to report harassment by his father, who was showing up at his workplace and harassing him in front of customers.
