Police Log: Harassment Complaint, Children Playing on Heavy Equipment

Thursday, May 23

5:35 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious grey car outside Pizza 85. Police checked and everything was OK.

7:25 p.m.: A caller reported a male on a white dirtbike, heading up and down Claflin Street.

7:38 p.m.: A caller said two young children were playing on heavy equipment outside PiNZ. The caller was concerned for their safety.

7:41 pm.: A caller reported youths were playing in the road on Forest Street.

8:18 p.m.: A man said he spotted a bicycle in a ditch near the on the Milford Upper Charles Trail. He was concerned someone might have crashed. Police checked and everything seemed OK.

9:08 p.m.: A caller said a man she went out on a date with was now harassing her.

9:09 p.m.: A woman reported a man and a woman were having a domestic argument on Hayward Street. Police filed a report.

10:44 p.m.: Police detectives responded to Shaw's Supermarket. Police arrested Katie Jean Gonyea, 31, of 13 State St., Peabody, on a warrant.

10:52 p.m.: A 14-year-old was reported to be screaming and yelling on Pheasant Circle. Police responded and determined it was a verbal argument, not an assault.

Friday, May 24

8:52 a.m.: A caller reported a disturbance at Milford Speed Equipment.

10:09 a.m.: A bicycle was reported stolen on West Street.

11:20 a.m.: An officer stopped a man in a Chevrolet Cavalier on Main Street for throwing trash and a lit cigarette out a window.

1:04 p.m.: Several officers and EMTs responded to where a woman in the courthouse was threatening to kill herself.

2:09 p.m.: Police responded to Congress Street after getting a report that a woman and a man were screaming at each other.
