Police Log: Men Walking Around Burned House, 3-year-old with a Tick
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, May 22
3:07 p.m.: A caller reported several men were walking around 14 Grove St., and the caller was not certain if the house was supposed to be vacated from the fire. Several officers responded.
5:12 p.m.: A 10-year-old girl on Woodland Avenue was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center after having an allergic reaction to milk.

6:36 p.m.: A caller reported a man was sitting on the side of Congress Street, near West Street, and he appeared to be intoxicated. Police took the 28-year-old into protective custody.
6:55 p.m.: A caller on Sidney Road said children were riding bikes and going off ramps in the middle of the street. Officers spoke to them.

7:05 p.m.: Loud drumming was coming from an apartment on Senate Road for the past four hours, a caller reported. Police spoke to the people involved.
7:54 p.m.: A man reported a woman was at an apartment on Rolling Green Drive while he was getting his things. This, despite the fact that he has a no trespass order against her. Police could not locate the woman.
9:49 p.m.: A man said his brother, who has a warrant out against him, had returned home. Police arrested the 16-year-old on the warrant.
9:54 p.m.: A caller reported a white Nissan had cut him off on Congress Street at Colonial Road, and then sped away.
10:34 p.m.: A caller on Pheasant Circle said she could hear loud bang noises that sounded like fireworks.
11:39 p.m.: A man reported his 15-year-old daughter had left his ex-wife's house angry and he can't find her and is concerned for her safety. Police followed up and later spoke to the father, who said the daughter had returned home safely.
Thursday, May 23
1:53 a.m.: A woman reported a man had gone to Milford Regional Medical Center who has an active felony warrant out of the Quincy District Court. Police responded. Police arrested George J. Perry, 36, of 47 Broadway, Apt. 1, Arlington, on a warrant.
8:03 a.m.: A caller on Huff Road reported a suspicious solicitor in the area.
8:30 a.m.: An officer was out on the looking for a juvenile reported to be skipping school.
8:30 a.m.: EMTs responded to a house on Trinity Drive, where a 3-year-old had a tick in her head that would not come out. They helped the child.
11:21 a.m.: A hallway fire alarm was sounding on Violet Circle, which drew firefighters. It was caused by a steam iron.
3:36 p.m.: Police received a complaint about an older man in a grey T-shirt, asking for money at Hannaford Supermarket. He was removed from the scene.
3:54 p.m.: Police were back out at Hannaford, where the man was soliciting again. He was gone when police arrived.
4:25 p.m.: A tree fell on Central Street, taking down wires and blocking the road near Joe's Way. Police and firefighters responded. The Tree warden was called, too. The Highway Department removed the tree from the road with a front end loader.
4:28 p.m.: Police received a complaint of illegal dumping on Main Street. One vehicle dumped several items in a dumpster, including rugs.
4:28 p.m.: A caller reported a man in a black shirt was skateboarding on the basketball court at Milford Town Park.
