Police Log: Sink Hole Forms, Elderly Woman Reports Phone Scam
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, June 12
5:46 p.m.: A caller said a sink hole was possibly forming in the pavement near Royal Buddha Restaurant. An officer confirmed that a large hole was forming. The Milford Highway Department responded.
7:27 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Medway Road, police arrested Michael N. Rousseau, 33, of 20 Fountain St., Apt. 1, Milford, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and speeding.

8:17 p.m.: A disturbance was reported, in which a caller asked police to remove two men from their home. There was a dispute over drugs taking place, the caller said. Police arrested Johnny Castro, 21, of 19 Green St., Apt. 2, Milford, on a charge of distributing a Class D drug.
8:32 p.m.: A caller said she was being stalked by a man. He was sitting outside the 7-Eleven, refusing to leave. Police responded and spoke to him.

8:40 p.m.: A caller said his ex-girlfriend was outside his home, trying to break in. Police spoke to the people involved.
10:08 pm: A Chevrolet was repossessed on West Walnut Street.
Thursday June 13
6:04 a.m.: A man on Water Street reported an ongoing problem with a neighbor.
6:23 a.m.: A caller said a boyfriend would not get out of her house. Police filed a report.
2:05 p.m. A man reported his brother was intoxicated on Water Street and harassing him.Â
2:33 p.m.: An elderly woman said she received a phone call on Wednesday from a company that demanded her bank information, or else they would take away her Medicare. She said she did give them the information, but had since changed all her bank accounts. She requested the information be logged.
2:36 p.m: A caller asked police to check on her 3-year-old son, who was with his father. She said she received information that the father had been drinking and that they were about to leave the house. Police checked and spoke with the man and found he was not intoxicated and OK.
