A preliminary investigation suggests the man, whose identity police are withholding pending family notification, was traveling southbound near exit 19 when his vehicle entered the median and crashed.The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle, police saidLanes on both sides of 495 were open as of early afternoon.Patch will update this story.
