Monday, July 2

1:22 a.m.: Caller reports people talking loudly outside, 94 Birmingham Court

8:56 a.m.: 2 vehicle MVA no injuries, 22 Freedom St. and John Street

10:17 a.m.: James Richard Veduccio, 31, Grant St., Milford, was arrested on a warrant

2:15 p.m.: David W. Jesse, 68, Lena Lane, Milford, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, improper storage of a firearm

3:46 p.m.: Small mulch fire in parking lot, Petco

6:23 p.m.: Caller reports her neighbor's door has been left slightly opened for the past few days. She states there is a musty smell coming from the apartment. Requesting a check, believes there are 2 people that live inside. There are several dead fish in the fish tank and 580 believes that is where the smell is coming from. No one is home. 5 Capitol Road

Tuesday, July 3

12:24 p.m.: Caller states that she was advised by a neighbor that someone is breaking into her house, 5 South Union St.

3:56 p.m.: Caller reporting a female just come to his house and destroyed some items, took his phone and left the house, 12 Genoa Ave.

5:34 p.m.: LP requesting assisting with a female shoplifter at Kohl's. They are out in the parking lot. Katherine A. Gillespie, 27, Union Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise, larceny over $250

10:38 p.m.: Disturbance reported, 13 South Cedar St. SP received a report of someone throwing trash in their

yard. Caller disconnected before being transferred. William A. Hollis, 32, Congress Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery on a family member or household member
