UPDATED: Threat Closes Milford High School and Shining Star Thursday
The high school, central administration office, and the Shining Star Early Childhood Center are closed today.

MILFORD, MA - Milford High School, as well as Shining Star Early Childhood Center will be closed Thursday morning after school officials announced they received a bomb threat around 5:30 a.m. All other schools in town are open.
Police are investigating the threat.
It is currently unknown how the threat came in and if it’s similar to other threats received at schools 17 communities in the past three days, alone.

Officials do want parents to know the Milford High School complex, including Shining Star Early Childhood Center and the central administration office, will be closed Thursday. The other schools will have class as scheduled.
This is the fourth day in a week that area schools have received bomb threats.

On Wednesday schools in Tewksbury and Methuen were on lockdown due to threats. On Tuesday, schools in 15 communities across the state received bomb threats.
