2 Natick Organizations Awarded $15,000 In Grants
Two Natick organizations were among those given grants from the Brand Central Chapter of the Joy in Childhood Foundation.

NATICK, MA—The Brand Central Chapter of the Joy in Childhood Foundation – the charitable foundation supported by Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins – has awarded two Natick-based organizations, BINA Farm Center and Natick Service Council, with grants totaling $15,000. The grants awarded will support the Joy in Childhood Foundation’s mission to provide the simple joys of childhood to sick and hungry kids, said the announcement.
The Bina Farm Center received a grant for $7,500, which will be used to provide therapeutic horseback riding, horsemanship training, yoga and rock climbing programs to sick children and the Natick Service Council, will also receive $7,500 to fund their heart healthy food pantry, where a certified nutritionist is available to meet with children and their families to provide advice and suggest appropriate foods and exercise regimens.
