Christmas Tree Collection Starts This Week In Natick

NATICK, MA — The winter holidays are now in the rearview, meaning people across the country are all probably wondering the same thing: Do we need to take the decorations down?

They always come down eventually, and Natick is prepared to handle your Christmas tree disposal in 2025.

Town officials said Christmas trees will be picked up the first two full weeks of January on regularly scheduled trash days, which means this week is the start of the period.

All trees must be bare — meaning no decorations or lights, and not in a plastic bag — and placed curbside.
