Tuesday, Jan. 22 12:37 p.m.: The Natick Police Department received a report from Natick Mall security that two male shoplifters were scuffling with Lord &amp; Taylor loss prevention. The two men were placed under arrest when police arrived (they had $1,265 in merchandise). Reinaldo Rivera, 55, of the Pine St. Inn, Boston was charged with larceny over $250 and conspiracy. Cesar Pinon, 39, of the Pine St. Inn, Boston was charged with larceny over $250, conspiracy and being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant for a robbery charge in Portland, ME.
