NATICK, MA — Lloyd H. (Boe) Martin, Jr. of Dorchester, formerly of Natick, passed away peacefully on Oct. 1 at the age of 62.

Loving son of the late Lloyd H. Martin, Sr. and Esta-Helen (Abrams) Martin. Born on August 12, 1959, and raised in Natick, Boe was proud to be from the “Home of Champions” and enjoyed all sports New England. He was a talented Landscape and Masonry Designer and enjoyed a successful career until being injured while doing what he loved.

Boe will be remembered by all who knew him for his humorous and competitive nature, his kind heart and love for his friends who he always made laugh, his love of fine food, but especially, his love of music, which ranged from classic rock, jazz, blues to contemporary. Boe leaves behind his long-time partner, Susan Bolt of Dorchester, his brother, Louis Martin of Plymouth, his nephew, Matthew Martin of Natick as well as countless friends who will miss his smiling eyes, his devilish grin and will always think of him fondly. At Boe’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
