NATICK, MA — The country and region are still untangling the events that unfolded at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 which includes identifying people who were involved in the riots who may be back in their home states — dozens have been arrested.
In Natick, over 500 residents signed a petition to oust a Town Meeting member after she was photographed inside the U.S. Capitol during Wednesday's riot. Sue Ianni was photographed in the Capitol building with her fist raised in a large crowd.
In the photo, she's standing next to Super Happy Fun America Vice President Mark Sahady of Malden. The group organized the 2019 "Straight Pride" parade in Boston.
