Natick Company Announces Educational iPad App

A Natick company could be helping struggling readers thanks to their app for the iPad, "firefly," that is designed to improve English literacy skills. 

Kurzweil 3000, headquartered in Natick, aims to help young students struggling with reading comprehension, those learning English and readers with leaning disabilities such as dyslexia, PR Newswire reports. 

"We are delighted to be releasing our first mobile app," said Alex Saltonstall, general manager, Kurzweil Educational Systems and IntelliTools told PR Newswire. "Individuals rely on Kurzweil 3000 every day to enable them to succeed at their level of academic interest.
