The Natick firm has acquired the Atlanta-based online proctoring firm.
NATICK, MA—A Natick-based online proctoring and identity verification company has acquired another online proctoring company from Atlanta.
Examity announced that is has acquired BVirtual, which is an online proctoring for academic institutions, professional associations and worldwide government agencies, reports the Worcester Business Journal.
The terms were not disclosed.
