Natick Opioid Task Force Holds Workshop On 'Loving Someone With An Opioid Use Disorder'
Includes a presentation and Narcan training.

NATICK, MA—The Natick Opioid Task Force recently announced it is holding a workshop called "Loving Someone with a Substance Use Disorder - Tips for Parents, Families and Friends."
Held on Oct. 16 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Natick Community Senior Center, the schedule of the workshop is as follows:
6:30 - 7:30 p.m.: Presentation and discussion with Patrick Rice, MA, LMHC, Licensed Psychotherapist

7:30 - 8:15 p.m.: Narcan training provided for individuals with a history of opioid use and their loved ones. Training provided by JRI Health's Program RISE. (Narcan will be distributed to training participants**)
7:30 - 8:30 p.m.: Treatment navigation, Recovery Coach information & other resources available This is part of a new monthly workshop series on topics related to addiction and recovery, Treatment navigation and support services will be offered after each workshop.
