Pantry Hosts Southern-Inspired "Q" Dinner in Natick

Chef de Cuisine Jim Booth brings old-fashioned BBQ featuring a modern twist to MetroWest

FromΒ Pantry:

On Friday, June 17th, Pantry, the signature on-site restaurant located at The VERVE-Crowne Plaza Natick, will kick-off summer with a carnivorous five-course, Southern-inspired β€œQ” dinner featuring creations by Chef de Cuisine Jim Booth paired with a selection of seasonal pours from Boston-based Sam Adams brewery.

As guests arrive for a feast comprised of succulent seafood, tender beef, and swine served at least four different ways, they’ll be encouraged to sip the appropriately named Porch Rocker Mojito, crafted with a tart and refreshing Sam Adams Porch Rocker beer, fresh mint, lime and light rum, as they nosh on starters like Pork Belly Sliders with bread n’ butter pickles and mustard BBQ sauce; Hush Puppies with warm maple syrup and burnt scrapes; and β€œPig Candy,” a.k.a. thick-cut bacon, coated in dark chocolate and spiced sea salt.
