Patch Answers: Traffic on North Main Street

Last week, a reader asked us if we have information on the recent increase in traffic on North Main Street. 

"It's been pretty bad lately. It's usually only like this around the holidays but now seems to be all the time," the reader said. 

Lt. Brian Lauzon provided us with some answers to why traffic is getting worse in town. He said a recent drop in gas prices means people can afford to drive more. 

"People are venturing out more," Lauzon said. "We have very congested roads in Natick."
