Scoopapalooza Ice Cream Festival Returns To Natick

It's been a scorcher this week, so what better time for the annual Scoopapalooza? Here's what to know for the Natick event.

NATICK, MA — Ice cream is a surefire way to cool off during the dog days of summer, so the annual Scoopapalooza Ice Cream Festival comes at just the right time.

The Charles River Rotary Club is hosting the 11th annual festival on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Natick Common. Tickets are $8.

Hood will again serve as the ice cream sponsor for the all-you-can-eat festival.

Scoopapalooza is the annual fundraiser for the Charles River Rotary Club. Officials say the club uses the festival's proceeds to fund its Keefe Tech Regional High School scholarship fund.

"The club grants scholarships each year to graduates of Keefe Tech to help fund continuing education or help buy tools and supplies to help start career in the trades," officials said.
