Trio Of New Restaurants Opening In Natick Shoppers World
A trio of fresh food-focused restaurants is planning to open at Shoppers World before the end of 2025.
NATICK, MA — Salads, smoothies, acai bowls and poke are all set to be entering the food lineup at Shoppers World.
Urban Edge, the company that purchased the property in 2023, announced the first group of new tenants to join Shoppers World under their ownership.
Atlantic Poke, Sweetgreen and Playa Bowls are slated to open before the end of the year, officials said.

Atlantic Poke and Playa Bowls, will be unveiled together in a new space constructed adjacent
to Best Buy while Sweetgreen will be located next to Chipotle.
“These new tenants bring a fresh, healthy approach to dining to the dedicated customers of Shoppers World,” said Joshua Birns, Vice President of Leasing for Urban Edge. “This is our first opportunity to add to the merchandise mix since taking ownership of the center and is just the beginning of what we anticipate to come.”

In 2023, Urban Edge Properties announced during a Halloween earnings call that it acquired Shoppers World and another Middlesex County property in a deal worth over $300 million.
On Oct. 23, the company closed on the $309 million acquisition of Shoppers World and Gateway Center.
