An employee at a business in Needham was assaulted by a customer on Tuesday, according to police officials.Police responded to the unidentified business establishment on Highland Avenue around 3:30 p.m. after learning of a disturbance in progress.Upon arrival at the scene, a staff member informed police that he was assaulted by a customer. Police did not reveal the specific nature of the reported incident.Police say the employee declined to press charges. The suspect nor victim were identified.The incident remains under investigation at this time.
