Our culinary inspiration and much of our produce come directly from Saltbox Farm, Chef Ben's family farm built in Concord, Massachusetts in the 1940s by his grandparents. With ingredients grown right on the farm, and other local businesses, we are proud to uphold Concord’s agricultural heritage, cultivating a sustainable future. Our team serves the greater Boston area, the Berkshires, Cape Cod, and beyond, including New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, and Vermont. Our community is graying faster and living longer than ever before. When obstacles and challenges occur, many families attempt to navigate best choices only to become defeated and overwhelmed. Join Linda Smith, Nurse Geriatric Care Manager, Principal of Metrowest Eldercare Management along with adaptive technology and medical device companies. Director Bruce Martin, of Lifestyle Health Systems and Jennifer Lynch, Director of Independent Blessing will teach you their tips to successful aging. A representative from the Needham Council on Aging will talk about the array of services provided through the Town of Needham.  Refreshments will be provided.
